Return Policy

At Sara & Richard London, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, there may be occasions where you wish to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our return policy.

Return Conditions

  • Return Eligibility: You may only initiate a return after you have physically received the product.

  • Return Costs: All return shipping costs, including international shipping fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Condition of Items: Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

  • Trial Use: You may try on the item, but it should not be worn.

  • Multiple Size Orders: Returning products that were deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to partially return them is not allowed.

Return Process

  1. Initiate the Return: Notify us of your intention to return the item by contacting us at info@sararichardlondon.com. within 14 days of receiving the product.

  2. Return Address: You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, including any customs fees or shipping charges.

  4. Shipping Recommendation: We highly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace to ensure safe delivery of the returned item.

Refund

Once we receive the returned item at the return address and confirm the condition of the product, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days.

Liability

  • Lost Packages: We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • Incorrect Address: If an incorrect address is provided, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping or any other consequences that arise.

  • Address Errors: Any address errors should be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
